Cryogenic Butterfly Valve
Description:
BAOYI cryogenic butterfly valve has the minimum operating temperature of -110℃, and the product design can meet such relevant standards as BS 6364 and MESC SPE 77/200. Generally, the product is mainly applied in the low-temperature industries of liquefied gas, air separation, ethylene, etc. BAOYI ultra-low temperature laboratory has the low-temperature test device based on computer acquired data and with proprietary intellectual property right, thus to have the detection capacity in accordance with the low leakage test requirements specified in ISO 15848 and MESC SPE 77/312.

Structure Features:
·Integral neck-lengthened valve deck, padding platform design, reliable and stable dynamic seal;
·The upper seal is placed on the isolating layer to effectively avoid the abnormal pressure rise of the isolated area;
·The stabilizer bar design principle is adopted for the multi-eccentric opening-closing part in order to realize stable action and small torque;
·The product is provided with dripping separation board to prevent the condensate water from entering the insulating layer;
·The Belleville spring automation preload padding structure and the combined sealing filler are adopted for the dynamic seal in order to meet the low leakage test requirements;
·Service port can be designed according to user requirements for more convenient maintenance.
